MINUTES FROM BAND MEETING - WED 30TH MARCH

We had a band meeting last night. To prove it we took this photo:

Yes, it is a bit crooked and fuzzy, but we think that it captures the mood at the time. When this photo was taken we were talking about our budget. As you can tell we tried to tip toe around the subject by avoiding eye contact with each other and hiding behind pictures of apes.

Anyway, we are getting very excited with the new music we are producing at the moment, and we are also very excited about the prospect of recording our debut album ourselves in our little backyard studio - this way we can get very self indulgent, because we wont be looking at our watches and thinking "Ok, well Eddy's little fuck up on guitar just cost us $355.00". We have around 6 new songs at the moment,  and we'll post a few snippets on here over the next few weeks.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Last Dinosaurs/Papa Vs Pretty show at the Ed Castle. Awesome night, and both those bands were incredibly talented and incredibly nice folk. Here is a link to a lovely review about the night (we wouldn't have posted this if they had bagged the shit out of us!)

To end this blog, we have posted a photo of a 'Salvadors' cricket match that took place in the Fitzroy Gardens, Melbourne, last month. If you look closely you will notice the reason that Eugene Moore was dropped from the Year 8 B's cricket team following a string of sub par scores (i.e 8 ducks in a row). No footwork.

Love The Salvadors.
